Shipping Information

We take extreme care in packaging every kitchen tool and sharpener kit securely to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Pinedale, WY and are fully insured during transit.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM MST (Mountain Time) begin processing the same business day.

Carriers

We ship via FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Carrier selection depends on your location and security level.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

To ensure safe delivery of your orders, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical street address is required at checkout. Orders placed with a P.O. Box address may be delayed or canceled.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real time on the carrier’s website.

Tracking Activation

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.

Package Not Arrived?

If your order has not arrived within 12 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us immediately.

Shipping Address Policy

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order, as changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Incorrect Address

WimSmart is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. If the package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange a reship (at your cost) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Lost or Stolen Packages

All WimSmart orders are fully insured during transit. In the rare event that your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Confirmed Lost — Valid Address

If a carrier confirms the package is lost and your address was correct, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address Provided

No replacement, refund, or credit will be issued for packages sent to an invalid address provided by the buyer.

Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier office. Then contact us at support@wimsmart.com so we can file an insurance claim on your behalf.


Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Our Promise: Every item sold by WimSmart is carefully inspected before shipment. If a replacement is needed, we will process it quickly and without hassle.

To be eligible for a return, your kitchen items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unaltered, and in original condition — no local modifications or damage
  • All original packaging, labels, and tags still intact
  • Returned in the original product packaging bag and outer packaging
  • No signs of use or damage caused after delivery
  • Proof of purchase included (order confirmation email or receipt)
  • Return requested within 30 days of the delivery date

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Kitchen tools or sharpener stones that have been modified, used, or damaged locally
  • Custom-ordered designs or configurations
  • Items returned without the original product packaging bag or tags
  • Final sale items, promotional bundle items, and gift cards
Condition Assessment

We reserve the right to assess the condition of any returned kitchen items. Items showing signs of use, local modifications, alterations, or damage caused after delivery will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued.

How to Start a Return

Please follow the steps below to initiate a return. Do not ship any item back before receiving authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Request Return Authorization

Email support@wimsmart.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos of the kitchen items showing their pristine condition. We will review your request within 1 business day.

Receive Return Authorization & Label

Once approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label with packaging instructions. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Pack Your Items Securely

Place the kitchen tools in their original packaging bag, then pack them inside a shipping mailer or box. Avoid placing the shipping label directly on the product packaging.

Ship to Our Returns Center

Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location. Keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We perform a thorough quality check on every kitchen tool and sharpener’s build quality before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

What to Include in Your Report

Email support@wimsmart.com with: (1) your order number, (2) a description of the damage, and (3) clear photos of the kitchen tools, the damage or defect, and the outer packaging. We handle each case with high priority and will propose a replacement or full refund.

If you need to exchange your items for a different style, the fastest way is to:

Follow the return process above to send back your original purchase. Once the return is approved, a full refund will be processed.

Place a fresh order for your desired style directly on wimsmart.com. This ensures your items are reserved in stock and shipped out immediately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned kitchen tools, we will process your refund promptly. Here is what to expect:

Inspection Upon Arrival

We will inspect the returned items within 1–2 business days of receiving them. You will be notified by email of the inspection outcome.

Refund Approval & Processing

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. The refunded amount is the full purchase price minus any return shipping costs.

Refund Not Received?

Refund timelines vary by bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it, please contact us at support@wimsmart.com with your order number.
